Laconia, NH, but we serve customers nationwide on a daily basis. We can ground ship to most locations in the US within 3 days & we also ship worldwide.

What types of products do you print?

We print just about anything on paper including business cards, Letterhead, Envelopes, posters, postcards, brochures, booklets, catalogs, presentation folders and many other items.

If you do not see what you are looking for on the online ordering portal, please contact us directly so we can create a custom order for you.

Can I place my order and have my graphic designer upload files separately?
Yes, you can place an order first and then have your graphic designer upload files later. Each order has the ability to add files from the order details page.

Can you work with scanned art or scan art for me?
Yes, we can handle both situations.  Please note that scanning artwork may result in less than ideal quality. Ensure your art is scanned at 600 dpi and provided as a TIFF or EPS file format for better results

Can I track my order history online or check on the status of an open order?
Yes, each user at your company who places orders can view their own order history. Click on a job to see it's current status. You also have he ability to reorder each order reducing time to place repeat orders.

What if I want to order more than one version at the same time?
This is easily handled. Multiple versions can be ordered together via online ordering. If this is a significantely sized bulk order, we can handle this very quickly with a custom order. Just provide the artwork, or the information and we will build your order. We can take a spreadsheet with data for thousands of employees and generate the order effortlessly.

What if I need my order shipped to more than one location?
Yes, we can provide custom fulfillment services and pack different quantities to be sent to hundreds of different locations. We can also insert additional components into the material we print.

I need my order in a few days. Can you help me?
One of our specialties is meeting deadlines that other printing companies cannot. We also have special shipping contracts and can often overnight freight for a lot less than you would normally pay. Please contact customer service for assistance with this type of order.

How long does it take to get a proof?
You will receive a proof within one business day after we receive your art files.
